RM Allen is a Green Goddess from southern New Hampshire and the author of The New Hampshire Goddess Chronicles, vol. 1 Light Your Torch. She is an expert in living life simply and enjoying every moment of it. Listen to our interview to gain insight into the power and wonder of simplicity.

I know I spend a large portion of my day doing, doing, doing and not enough time focusing on the things I appreciate in life and the things I am truly thankful for. This holiday season, I request that you take a few moments and begin to notice the things you have to appreciate.

Build and build that list from now until Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving day, when you are gathered with family and friends, share all or part of your list. Share it here with us too!!
I’ll start the list off with a few things I am thankful for — these are in no particular order:
My life, my kids, my family, my friends, my husband, my clients, YOU, organic chocolate , books, computers, my mission, kindness, lessons learned, lessons to be learned, kind souls, family gatherings, people out to make a difference in the world, ……….
